That's part of the intake conversation. Three to five days is the typical range, but the number is based on your actual availability — not what looks best on paper. Consistency beats frequency every time.

Most people who come here have never tracked their food seriously. We start with a simple, structured approach — not obsessive food logging. The goal is to build a skill you keep, not a habit that burns you out.

Then you know the training isn't the problem. Most men who come here have been lifting for years. The gap is always the nutrition — either it's never been structured, or it's been structured wrong. That's what coaching closes.

Minimum commitment is three months. Real change takes longer than four weeks. We work in quarterly cycles and reassess from there.
